Interior Painting

Set-up.

Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths.

Preparation.

Based on your requests, holes and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled; stains are sealed. and surfaces are scuff sanded.

Paint.

Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.

Cleaning.

Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials are removed.

Inspection.

After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete the feedback card for the crew.

Exterior Painting

Wash.

As per your proposal, areas are either power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Surface Preparation.

ntrusion Especial care are taking to protect your landscaping.
All loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water.

Paint.

Repaired areas are primed and premium qualit y paint is applied to a uniform and fine finish.

Cleaning.

Clean up can be done daily, or at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed.

Job inspection.

After job completion, an inspector will perform After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete the feedback card for the crew.

WARRANTIES

For a period of 24 months from the date of completion of the work described on your proposal/ contract, Brother's United will repair peeling, blistering or chipping paint as a result of defective workmanship.
